Welcome to our event venue pricing in Columbus! At The 5200 Event Center, we offer clear and flexible hall rental prices for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and corporate events. Whether you need a small gathering or a large celebration, our affordable venue packages are designed to fit your needs.

Our Columbus event venue offers weekend rental rates from 7 AM to 11 PM, March through December. You can choose indoor or outdoor spaces in our secure, gated area (no kitchen access). For January and February bookings, enjoy 10% off hall rentals — perfect for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and corporate events.

Deposit must be posted to hold the date , full payment must be posted 60days before the event date.

Number of people must be accurate and not to be under estimated for security purpose . no open invitation or promotional events and cover charge

Security Guard service for 200 or under………………………..$495.00

this is a mandatory service and will change based on the number of people attending under 200 person. price will be adjusted for more than 200

Tables 20 tables x $10…………………….$200.00

Tables and Chairs are optional to rent , you are allowed to bring your own chairs for the event. Available 30 round tables and 10 rectangular tables.

Chairs up to 200 Price for each no charge for Jan and Feb…………………………………..$2.50

you are allowed to bring your Chairs or your decorators chairs to the lobby

Detailed Cleaning /Moping hall and Bathrooms………………………….$245.00

This doesn’t include cleaning up the hall from all trash and broom the floors. the venue organizer will be responsible for that. Full cleanup is available for additional cost.

Event Insurance estimated price for 100 people for 2 days……………………………….$99

This is a link to an event insurance co. and it is and optional to purchase it form this company , but it is mandatory to have insurance for the event and is required at least one week before the event day.
